By signing this waiver form, I acknowledge and confirm the following:

• Check-in time is at 3 P.M.
• Check-out time is at 12 P.M
• I understand if I arrive earlier than check-in time, there is no guarantee I will be able to
enter the room.
• I understand I must check-out of the property by check-out time and that staying past
check-out time interferes with property cleaning.
• I understand staying beyond check-out time violates Incognito's terms and conditions and
may result in overstay fee of USD $50, beyond one (1) hour.
• Only two persons are allowed to stay in a room. An additional one (1) person is allowed
at an extra cost of USD$50.00 per night.
• Breakfast is severed between 8:00am – 10:30am
• Housekeeping is done every three (3) days. If requested before then, at a fee of $30 USD
will be charged.
• No Smoking of any kind is allowed inside rooms. Smoking in rooms will result in a fine
of USD $100 (NO EXCEPTIONS). The fine goes towards the cleaning process needed to
get that room back to smelling and feeling fresh.
• No pets allowed.
• Room keys are issued to registered guests only. All room keys are to be returned to the
front desk at check-out. A fee of $15 USD will be charged for any lost keys.
• No unauthorized parties, loud music or events are allowed.
• A Damage Deposit of $100 USD is required when checking in. Money will be returned to
you when you’re checking out.
